Keeping our vision clear

Discover the human visual system – and how to repair it – with our Optometry courses. Develop your knowledge of fundamental academic sciences as well as honing your clinical and practical skills.

Why Bradford? Gain real-world experience in the University's on-campus Eye Clinic and learn from senior ophthalmologists in local hospitals.

On completion of the programme, you’ll be ready to embark on the year’s pre-registration training required to become a registered optometrist. Or study our new, four-year Master of Optometry MOptom (Hons) course to register immediately as a fully-qualified optometrist on graduation.
