This module will build on Midwifery Practice 2 by developing your knowledge and understanding of the role of the midwife as colleague, scholar and leader. You will have opportunity to participate in complex care planning, responding to vulnerability, supervision and delegation, and management. It will support progression towards achievement of the NMC standards of proficiency for midwives (2019) and preparation to practice safely and effectively at the point of registration.
